Terms of Use

Last updated 11 August 2026

These terms cover the DRILL iOS app and trainwithdrill.com. Installing or using the app means accepting them. They are short on purpose.

Safety comes first

Check with a parent before starting a new training plan. Warm up first, drink water, and stop straight away if something hurts.

DRILL is a training plan, not a coach, a physiotherapist or a doctor, and nothing in it is medical advice. It cannot see your athlete, does not know their injury history, fitness level or medical conditions, and cannot tell whether a movement is being done safely.

You use DRILL at your own risk, and the risks of physical training are real. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from use of the app or the exercises it describes.

Who it is for

DRILL is written for young athletes, roughly 8 to 12 years old, and is meant to be set up with a parent or guardian. If you are under 18, ask a parent before installing it.

Your licence

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use DRILL on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. Please do not resell it, redistribute it, or reproduce the exercise library as your own content.

Your data

DRILL stores your plan and progress on your device and collects nothing. See the privacy policy for the details. Because there is no server-side copy, deleting the app deletes your history and we cannot restore it.

No warranty

DRILL is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the plan it generates will produce any particular athletic result.

Changes to the app and these terms

Features may be added, changed or removed over time. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with a new date. Continuing to use the app after that means accepting the updated terms.
